Detroit Defense is seeking a Project Administrator to support our direct customer programs. This position will provide services related to coordinating day-to-day activities and project reporting. This is a strategic position within Detroit Defense's expansion of Technical Services for the DoD.

The Project Administrator works with the Projects Manager(s) and Technical Leads to ensure overall success of the software products and programs. This position engages frequently with the Project Managers, team members and key stakeholder on a frequent basis. Additional responsibilities include developing monthly status reports, allocating and assigning project hours and tasking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize meeting space and associated multimedia requirements, attend meetings, and prepare agendas, action item trackers and meeting minutes
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Track project expenditures and assist in budget reconciliation.
• Maintain project files and ensure version control of key documents.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
• Support onboarding of project team members and maintain contact lists and organizational charts.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, reporting, procurement tracking, and invoice processing

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an applicable field of study
• A minimum of two years of applicable experience
• Ability to obtain a Common Access Card, Government Security Clearance and maintain a clearance.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and management staff
• Ability to develop and present presentations
