Description Partnership Operations Lead Virtual Studios is the new home of Gaming, managing end-to-end gaming integrations working with key Internal teams and External gaming partners. As a part of the VS Partnerships and Content team your duties will span both strategic and operational deliverables spread mostly across Project management and Stakeholder management duties for different Gaming projects and Partner relationships. The incumbent should be comfortable in managing complex diverse and fast evolving situations in a dynamic and future forward space. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing Partner Relations 365 o Supporting partner portfolio and managing regular connection with External Partnership teams. o Setting up cadence of Product Integration and Athlete Approval processes needed for IP refresh in game. o Coordinate off-sites and visits w/ Gaming Partners Managing Internal Stakeholder Process 365 o Supporting creating a Partner playbook for different Gaming partners for Internal Stakeholders. o Supporting formation of a new efficient process for 365 Internal Stakeholder inputs. o Streamlining a Product sourcing flow for Samples/Product files for mapping in game. Project Management o Supporting key ongoing gaming projects from Cross-functional collaboration purposes. o Both across Internal VS and other teams and with key Gaming Partner teams to ensure smooth execution of plans. o Take minutes and update action items for Partnership Meetings o Track royalty payouts for catalyst and athlete IP featured in game Gaming Process Strategic Support o New opportunities unlock for the team. Ancillary support for Contracts and IP/Trademarks with different Legal teams. o Manage Gaming Key Moments Partnerships calendar for VS Concept Map Must haves: * Experience in Project (or Brand) Operations (1+ years) * Managing meetings - agendas, scheduling etc * Willingness to learn * Interest/experience in Gaming, Pop Culture, Anime would be ideal * Operational software (Airtable, Excel, Keynote ideal) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
