Assist in thepreparation of valuation for financial services firms, including banking andcapital markets, insurance and asset, and wealth management clients. Interactwith large financial institutions regarding the valuation of a variety ofassets and liabilities, including loan portfolios, core deposit intangibles,credit products, intangible assets and other assets and liabilities. Build new and update existing financialmodels to value business interests for financial reporting, tax and otherpurposes. Perform analysis on financial and economic data, subject companies,guideline companies, industries and markets and other types of investmentanalysis. Guide junior team members inday-to-day modelling, analysis and other project tasks utilizing MicrosoftOffice Suite, S&P Capital IQ, Alteryx and other applications. WORK SCHEDULE: 40hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) JOBREQUIREMENTS: Must havea Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics,Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of related workexperience. Of therequired experience, must have 2 years of experience in the following:Valuation and quantitative analysis of business interests and intangibleassets; Providing financial reporting and tax valuation guidance to financialservices clients and supporting internal audit teams as a valuation specialist;Utilizing Excel for sorting and analyzing financial and accounting data forvaluation engagements; and Financial statement analysis and merger andacquisition market research.
