Corporate Facilities Technician

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Strong carpentry skills such as installing doors and wall framing.
• Perform minor drywall repair, painting, cubical and furniture assembly, and other miscellaneous repairs.
• Perform plumbing repairs, such as replacing faucets, valves, and toilets.
• Perform maintenance to building equipment such as platform lifts, fork trucks, air compressors, and generators.
• Basic understanding of commercial Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Pneumatic, Generators, Electrical, and HVAC.
• Assist with electrical, data, and control wiring under the guidance of a licensed electrician.
• Understand and comply with proper use of fork trucks, lifts, ladders, hand tools, saws, and other required tools and equipment.
• Set up for special events.
• Must be able to work off hours, weekends, and late nights to accommodate last minute projects and immediate building needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

• Requires a strong mechanical aptitude and good trouble shooting skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to effectively apply good judgment, detail orientation, and independent decision-making skills.
• Basic computer and email skills.
