This role is perfect for someone with general labor experience who can handle janitorial duties, shipping and receiving, parts delivery, and basic crate construction-all while keeping things safe, clean, and organized. Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Daily Responsibilities

• Keep the shop and office areas clean and organized with regular janitorial duties
• Pick up and deliver parts locally using a company van
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming deliveries; pack and ship outgoing parts and products
• Build custom shipping crates using basic hand tools and nail guns
• Operate a forklift to move materials and maintain a well-organized shipping/receiving zone

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of general labor or shop experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and stand for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and nail gun usage
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, safety-first attitude
