Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Request and process lender title requests and ensure all revisions are accurately updated
• Order title files and conduct thorough title searches in a timely manner
• Examine mortgages, liens, easements, and legal documentation to verify title conditions
• Review HUD statements to match required data and prepare title policies
• Order and track surveys, estoppels, and prior policy requests for refinances or resales
• Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve title issues and outline encumbrances
• Issue clear and accurate title commitments and final policies

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Title Agent License (or ability to become licensed, based on state requirements)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential title examination or abstracting
• Experience with Ramquest or other title insurance platforms is a plus
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and reading comprehension
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and conduct detailed work efficiently
• A professional, ethical demeanor with a customer-first approach
