WHAT YOU'LL DO


    • Enters data of daily equipment work order activities, equipment updates, meter readings, utilities, and service bonus/quality measurements.
    • Monitor and maintain MaintScape for DC's location including creating and updating attachments and procedures.
    • Support Process Safety Management and Risk Management Program documentation.
    • Track capital projects costing and assist in scheduling.
    • Provide clerical support for other related departments as needed.
    • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
    • Process invoices.
    • Train technicians and occasionally support/train other maintenance clerks at other locations on MaintScape.
    • Support GFSI audits.
    • Able to perform 90% of the clerk skills matrix
    • Assist in maintaining parts through cycle counts, warranty claims, and parts ordering.

YOU MUST HAVE


    • High School diploma or general equivalency degree required
    • Basic computer and accounting skills
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
    • Ability to make independent decisions
    • High level of accuracy

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE


    • Computer skills in Excel, Word, AS400, and MaintScape

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday. Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
