The Quality Control Manager responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and enforcing the Quality Control program.
Essential Functions
- Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) compliance issues.
- Supervise officers to inspect uniforms, training credentials, and time-sheet reporting.
- Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
- Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing quality control objectives.
- Create, document, and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
- Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within the company.
- Provide inspection activity for training files and ensure they comply with the contract standards.
- Document and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain active role on internal continuous improvement teams.
- Regularly make rounds of all assigned facilities to ensure that all contract performance requirements and quality standards are met and remain engaged with the workforce.
- Ensures all daily / Weekly / Monthly deliverables are completed timely and appropriately documented.

Expected Hours of Work/Travel
- This is a Full-Time backup position with a variable and rotating or fixed shifts of anywhere between 8 and 12 hours.
- The position will require availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Applicants must be aware and understand that they may be subject to alternative scheduling as applicable as job duties demand.
- You will be required to travel to and from contract-specific sites.
- Must be a United States citizen.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Undergraduate degree or higher in management, business, security, or law enforcement-related field.
- Three (3) years of recent QC experience
- Must have strong leadership ability, sound judgment, and practical administrative ability.
- Must demonstrate the ability to guide, direct and coordinate the efforts of others.
- Must have an understanding of time management methods to enable satisfying multiple competing objectives.
- Related security/law enforcement administrative and managerial experience.
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management and interfaces with customer personnel.
- Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents for internal and external use.
- Must have a DoD secret security clearance.
