We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Supply Chain to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations across 100 restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management within the restaurant or food service industry, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.This is an excellent opportunity to influence the future of the Supply Chain and Culinary leadership, making impactful decisions that position Fuzzy's Taco Shop for optimal growth and as a market leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Set vision and implement value-adding long-term commodity strategies.
  • Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal supply.
  • Collaborate across Brand leadership and operations teams to achieve cost, performance and quality targets.
  • Lead procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mitigate supply continuity risks by partnering with vendors, distribution network, and internal business stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage key supplier relationships to reduce overall total costs, enhance product performance, and improve supplier performance.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency regarding supply chain performance and effectively works through barriers
  • Oversee supply chain projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain team management and development
  • 3+ years of working experience in the food service, hospitality, restaurant or retail grocery industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong service mentality.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in supply chain management.
  • Target base salary 160-180k depending on experience
