As a Front Desk Attendant at the WELL Spa, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll greet and check guests in and out, book appointments, sign up and renew memberships.

What will you be doing?

* Check guests in and out for spa appointments.

* Provide accurate and appropriate information to guests and customers.

* Input and retrieve information routinely from computer system.

* Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues or report complaints to management.

* Promptly answer telephone in a professional and clear manner. Input all information into computers to communicate guest requests and complaints.

* Answer guest questions regarding area or resort, outlet information and services.

* Perform additional duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

* High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior spa experience preferred.

* Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, must have the ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment while multitasking.

* Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

* Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
