Part-Time Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Customer Service)

Location: Provo, UT (Onsite - relocating to Orem, UT in June)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-7:00 PM MST | Optional Saturday mornings for extra pay
Pay: $18/hour base + monthly bonus potential ($200-$700) -$18 base plus, while a temp, commission will be banked and provided as a signing bonus when temp gets hired permanently. Client is looking to convert 3 months or less.

Start Dates: June 2025

About the Opportunity:

Join a fast-growing, high-energy team with one of Utah's leading providers of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. We're building an outbound customer service and inside sales team from the ground up - expanding from 3 to 15 representatives - and we're looking for 8-10 part-time team members to grow with us.

This is an exciting chance to get in early with a dynamic company. You'll start at our Provo office and relocate with the team in June to a brand-new, modern facility in Orem featuring an open floor plan, on-site sports amenities, and even a sauna.

What You'll Do:
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers only (no cold calling)

  • Schedule preventive maintenance appointments and equipment upgrade consultations

  • Use a cloud-based call platform to manage calls and track progress

  • Meet achievable goals with opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions

  • Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with ongoing training and growth

Compensation & Incentives:
  • $18/hour base pay

  • Monthly bonus potential:

    • High performers: $500-$700

    • Average: $200-$250

  • Commissions are banked during the temp period and paid as a signing bonus upon conversion to permanent (typically within 3 months)

  • Weekly pay and paid training

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in inside sales or customer service is a plus, but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be able to commute to Provo (and later to Orem)

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
