The Opportunity:We're seeking a Product Manager with expertise in Data, Analytics, and Integrations to help us with our internal systems at Mattel. This role focuses on customer, marketing, and e-commerce data. This person will oversee data governance for e-commerce and marketing data. The ideal candidate should understand data technologies and governance, have experience with API integrations, and be skilled in managing the complete lifecycle of data projects.
You'll be joining a smaller, tech-focused team that's part of a well-established company, experiencing the excitement of business growth while benefiting from the stability of a large organization. This role is contract-to-hire.
What Your Impact Will Be:

- Develop and execute on a roadmap for marketing data products and integrations, including performance reports, CDP/CRM data and analytics.
- Share the product vision and progress with company leadership.
- Collaborate with many teams, including Insights, Engineering and QA, Marketing, Agencies, and Platforms to understand Mattel's vision for data and define product and governance requirements.
- Take charge of data from external agencies, manage its structure, and drive the creation of business reports.
- Work with Mattel's data architecture teams to ensure that system designs meet current and future business requirements.
- Lead the creation and launch of new integrations, managing the entire process from start to finish.
- Be responsible for the quality of e-commerce and marketing data, managing data quality across different sources.
- Make sure products comply with laws, regulations, and industry standards, especially regarding data privacy and security.
What We're Looking For:

- Required Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing / Data Analytics or related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
2. 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in an e-commerce, technology or data-focused company (7 years overall). Experience with data focused SaaS companies is a plus.
3. Deep understanding of data technologies (e.g., databases, data warehouses, big data technologies, data visualization tools) and experience with API integrations.
4. Experience working with marketing, and consumer data. Strong analytics skills.
5. Understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
6. Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Desirable Skills:
* SQL and/or Python.
* Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (Google Cloud preferred).
* Familiarity with data security standards and regulations.
* Experience with data governance and taxonomy processes involving business owners, tools and reporting.
The annual base salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000.
