Staffmark is currently seeking an Onboarding Coordinator in Scott, LA. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity with our premier client. Keep reading to find out how to apply today!

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3 PM or 7 AM - 4 PM (With a 1-hour lunch break)

Pay: $20 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:



  • Previous office administrative experience
  • Experience in an onboarding or human resources role
  • Excellent customer service and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively



Onboarding Coordinator Responsibilities:



  • Guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring successful integration into the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company's values and culture.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions, covering the company's mission, vision, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Ensure completion of necessary paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and other required documentation.
  • Monitor new employees' progress and integration, identifying challenges and providing support when needed.
  • Assist new hires with IT setup and other logistical needs.
