Talent Acquisition Coordinator

STS Technical Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment operations at our client's headquarters in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This is an onsite role that plays a vital part in delivering a seamless candidate experience while maintaining hiring process accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll support all facets of candidate scheduling, interview logistics, preboarding, and cross-departmental communication. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure a high-quality experience for every candidate while keeping recruitment workflows aligned with internal policies and procedures.

• Manage preboarding logistics to ensure new hires are fully prepared for day one
  
• Enter and maintain accurate data in Workday (Human Capital Management system)
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones
  
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and guidance
  
• Coordinate travel and accommodations for candidates, following company policy
  
• Support the onboarding and compliance process for contingent workers
  
• Monitor the employee referral program and generate reports to identify outstanding referrals
  
• Ensure all recruitment activities follow applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  
• Hands-on experience with an ATS or HCM platform (Workday preferred)
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with strong calendar management skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
