Job summary: Aftermarket Parts Coordinator will work close with Aftermarket Parts to manage Body Fabricated parts being complete per schedules and requests. Will be directly involved in managing which parts are being run on a day-to-day basis by setting sequenced set properties per line schedules and hot items needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and enter purchase orders into the system (SAP).
  • Ensure parts entered in the system are priced correctly.
  • Identify if parts are manufactured or purchased.
  • Gather the necessary information for production to build parts.
  • Gather the necessary information for purchasing to order parts.
  • Ensure parts are being built/ordered to meet deadlines.
  • Prioritize backlog.
  • Update daily aftermarket parts spreadsheet
  • Must have some familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Office and SAP system.
  • Understanding and carrying out verbal and written directions.
  • Working independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance.
  • Must have time management and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work in a courteous and professional manner with employees.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to follow the policy and procedures set forth by the Customer Service Manager and/or company.

Work environment:

Indoor office, various locations within the plant.

Personal Protective Equipment Recommended and/or Required:

  • Safety glasses.
  • Earplugs.
  • Closed toed shoes.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
