Assembly Operator III

• Responsible for quality inspecting to ensure all assembled devices & cables meet company requirements as it's being packaged and prepared for shipment.
• Visually inspect the assembled devices, cables and labels to ensure they meet specifications and identify any defects.
• Follow standard operating procedures to accurately package assembled materials as well as stacking the boxes to prepare for shipping, avoiding any damage while in route to the customer.
• Make effective decisions to accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results with the production Lead.
• Provide hands on support to the production staff when needed to meet customer demands.

• 2-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Must have attention to detail and ability to do quality expectations for finished products
• Must have basic technical skills of working with electrical wires, electrical conduits and cables.
• Using and maintaining hand and power tools. .
• Worked in an assembly environment for a minimum of three years.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Position requires you to be on your feet throughout shift.
• Bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs. will be required with assistance.
