Job Title: MOSA (WCC) Specialist
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time position in our dynamic team. The shift for this role is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will play a vital role in the indexing process, which involves reviewing and categorizing electronic documentation submitted by borrowers or third parties. This task requires keen attention to detail, as it is essential to accurately identify and assign documents such as title binders or Verifications of Employment to their respective loan numbers. The ability to work with speed and precision is crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities * Review and index electronic documentation submitted by borrowers or third parties. * Identify and categorize documents accurately, such as title binders or Verifications of Employment. * Assign documents to the appropriate loan numbers swiftly and accurately. * Maintain high levels of speed and accuracy in data processing. Essential Skills * Proficient data entry skills, including alpha-numeric data entry. * Basic office and administrative skills. * Experience in mortgage, finance, or accounting fields. * Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Strong teamwork abilities. * Willingness and eagerness to learn. * Prior mortgage experience is preferred. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
