Curriculum Manager
Camp Lejeune, NC Summary:
ATS is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Curriculum Manager to support the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) New Equipment Training Team (NETT) under the Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and updating Program of Instruction (POI) materials and ensuring high-quality instructional content and instructor certifications across all ACV training domains. This role is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and update specific Marine Occupational Specialty (MOS) training materials aligned with ACV systems and procedures.
- Conduct and interpret results from:
- Gap Analysis
- Job/Task Analysis
- Learning Analysis
- Method/Media Analysis
- Engineering Change Proposals
- Technical Manual updates
- Maintain and update Master Courses of Instruction for each ACV POI.
- Review and reconcile Comment Resolution Matrices (CRMs) for draft Technical Manuals, incorporating TM updates into training materials.
- Evaluate instructor proficiency and issue/track instructor certifications in accordance with PM AAA standards.
- Collaborate with the Government Training Manager to review training requirements and ensure instructional materials align with operational needs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of:
- Principal End Item (PEI) Baseline Comparison Reports
- Training Front End Analysis Reports
- Training Systems Plans
Basic Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional systems design, preferably in a defense or military environment.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to interpret and translate complex vehicle systems and procedures into clear, instructionally sound training content.
- Proficiency in using analysis tools to support systematic curriculum design and gap resolution.
- Ability to manage instructor certification programs and maintain detailed records.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have attended USMC Curriculum Developers Course.

Travel Required: Yes 25% Working Environment: The usual daily work conditions will be in an office environment located at Camp Lejeune, NC. The job requires occasional lifting of computer and other equipment, generally not in excess of 50 lbs., usually in connection with equipment transport to off-site locations for exercise events. The exercise support staff typically travels with a low degree of frequency. Travel to training exercise locations regularly includes CONUS.
