About You - Our Ideal Candidate:



  • You're experienced in ERP systems and MS Excel and confident using them daily to manage inventory and data.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • You're proactive, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.



What You Bring to the Table:



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory management, and product returns.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems (required) - You'll be using it heavily to manage material movements, inventory transfers, and data entry.
  • Advanced Excel skills (required) - Comfortable with spreadsheets, data input, and basic functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Experience working in an environment with global objective
  • Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Perform SmartSolve Complaint Management entries for product returns associated with customer complaints
  • RMA process of creating and correcting RMA's or complaints from returned items/equipment
  • Create complaints in SmartSolve for products returns where a product failure/complaint condition gets identified during receiving and a complaint doesn't exist
  • Create an electronic product return file on the designated network drive
  • Scan customer-returned paperwork (if any) into the associated product return file
  • Resolve missing data/documentation issues that prevent the product return from being received and processed
  • Physically prepare the returned product for evaluation by discarding and/or recycling any items that do not need testing/evaluation per procedure
  • Sort product returns into color-coded bins and stages them on the appropriate cart for evaluation
  • Utilize the MfgPro system to process pumps to Backward Explode to make the product available for Shipping/Warehouse
  • Process Customer Owned Product (COP) paperwork/pumps, including preparing Evaluation report records, billing, and labeling. Maintain storage of Evaluation reports and UPS address log
  • Research RMA's or Calls to rectify duplicate Serial Numbers in Inventory, ISB, and Customer Owned upon request. Scanning research to various groups to be resolved
  • Verify customer approval for repairs on customer-owned products
  • Assist in obtaining customer approval for repairs on customer-owned products
  • Work with other departments to ensure communication and information flows freely between the various groups.
  • Verify Inventory accuracy in Capital Equipment Services or component issues, revision changes, etc., and report discrepancies to the Lead or Manager or Warehouse personnel
  • Assist in the generation of product assembly documentation for Capital Equipment reassembly
  • Order Supplies and maintain a Spreadsheet of Suppliers. Replenish supply areas as needed. Keep matrix whiteboards clean and updated.
  • Assist in department improvement initiatives
