Summary
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations to support efficiency, quality, and compliance. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, manages cross-functional teams and drives initiatives to improve service delivery, patient experience, and operational performance.

Essential Functions
-Develops and implements operational strategies to enhance productivity and quality of care.

-Monitors departmental budgets and resource allocation, ensuring financial targets are met.

-Collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

-Oversees staffing needs, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance management.

-Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

-Leads quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

-Analyzes operational data and metrics, preparing reports to support decision-making.

-Facilitates interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless operations and address any issues promptly.

-Identifies opportunities for process improvements, implementing best practices to optimize outcomes.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Business Management required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Experience
Experience in healthcare operations 5-7 years required and Experience in a management or leadership role 3-5 years required

- Proven project management skills, with experience in implementing process improvements.
- Analytical and data interpretation skills for performance tracking and reporting.
