Department: Library Services Department Organizational Unit: Library Services West Melbourne Library Position Type:Permanent Full Time/Part Time:Full Time CLOSE DATE: 06/26/2025 $1,942.03 biweekly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. South Area/West Melbourne Public Library. Work schedule is variable and includes evenings and weekends. Performs skilled professional work in multiple sections of the library. The work involves supervision of a staff of professional, paraprofessional, and clerical employees and volunteers. REQUIREMENTS: A Master's degree from a graduate library school program. Public Library and supervisory experience are preferred. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: When usage statistics change, library employees may be assigned to another library. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
