Are you a natural leader ready to join a winning team? Staffmark has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Huntersville, NC to hire a Production Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee production processes, ensure smooth operations, monitor work quality, and guide the production team.

Pay | $25 - $26.50 per hour

Schedule | Sunday - Thursday (10 PM - 6 AM)

Training Schedule | (1st Shift) Monday - Friday from 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience
  • Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of M365
  • SAP user knowledge is beneficial, but not essential



Production Supervisor Essential Tasks:



  • Lead a team of operators and support the operation of the resin machine.
  • Operate the resin machine and load dry materials and foil rolls as scheduled.
  • Work with the team to improve efficiencies through planning and instruction.
  • Complete reports and documentation as required, in print or digitally.
  • Support or lead preventative maintenance (PM) activities on production machinery.
