Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through phone, email, and online communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification:



  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and buying intent.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Oversee the development of quotes and drive for fast efficient quoting to end customer


Sales Presentations & Demos:



  • Be the expert in E-Business web shop for our key customers
  • Setup and discuss potential inventory strategies and long term business strategies
  • Travel to customer sites as needed. 3-5 times per year


Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


Sales Targets & Reporting:



  • Provide regular updates to management on progress toward sales goals and key performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales activity reports in CRM systems.



Collaboration with Team:



  • Work closely with the marketing and outside sales teams to support campaigns and follow up on marketing leads.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the team to improve strategies.


Customer Support:



  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the account management or customer success team as necessary.
  • After hours phone support on a rotating basis.



Requirements:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.



Education and Experience:



  • Proficient with SAP or similar ERP software


  • 5 years or more related experience required.
  • Experience with paper equipment or OEM manufacturing


  • A technical school or college level degree and or equivalent experience desired.



Physical Requirements:




  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
