How you will make history here... The Sr. Manager, Customer Planning serves as the execution arm of the business, partnering closely with field sales to ensure brand strategies are effectively embedded into customer plans. This position involves developing and executing customer-specific strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing trade and promotional activities to drive sales growth and profitability.
This is a HQ role based in Camden, NJ 3 days a week (hybrid).
What you will do... Execution & Strategic Planning:
- Customer Planning: Co-develop customer/channel-specific Gross Sales, Net Sales, and Trade Annual Operating Plan targets in collaboration with field sales.
- Big Bet Activation: Lead the execution customer-specific big bet plans to align with brand.
- Innovation Execution: Support the sell-in and launch of new items, ensuring alignment with customer needs and brand strategies.
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM): Partner with RGM to develop and implement optimized RGM plans tailored to each customer to maximize profitability.
- Budget Management: Oversee area trade budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spending to achieve business objectives.
- Field Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating critical brand updates and sales priorities to the field sales team.
Forecasting & Performance Management:
- Sales Forecasting: Partner with sales finance to execute monthly sales forecast roll-ups to inform category planning and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Consolidate and communicate risks, opportunities, and incremental funding requests to category planning.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track performance against established DSMPs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $138,000-$198,400
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
