This position will also provide support and expertise to the PICS Service Coordinator staff. This position will be responsible for maintaining systems and policies related to PICS' services. This position must work collaboratively with the HR, billing, and payroll departments at PICS to effectively promote a collaborative work environment. This position also works closely with various LSS departments. This position will facilitate process improvements and provide appropriate training, supervision, and support for Service Coordinator staff. This role also provides support to individuals accessing the PICS services. This position requires regular interaction with a variety of people, including participants and their families, county staff, support planners, other provider agencies, internal PICS staff and internal LSS staff. This role is hybrid, not in a group home setting. You will be expected to attend annual meetings in the community and participate in internal in-person meetings and events throughout the year. This role is not responsible for hiring direct support workers. Job requirements:
