  • We are seeking a U.S.-based Senior Manager, GoToMarket people operations to join our ESBP organization. This role will have significant scope and impact, partnering closely with ES team in the "Office of the CRO" and global ESBPs, ES COEs and the sales organization to plan and execute strategies and initiatives in support of and in alignment with our Sales organization. This role will help drive holistic plans and strategies in alignment with our talent strategy, focusing on ensuring global connectivity and coordination for our ES team and sales organization. This role reports directly to the SVP, ESBP for Sales, and works across various teams in ES and Sales to ensure accountable, aligned collaboration and impact.
  • The ideal candidate is one who is interested in making an impact at scale in one of the fastest growing companies and the industry; excels in a fast paced, high engagement environment; and is looking to work with a strong ES Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the SVP, ESBP for the global CRO in helping to shape strategic priorities, creating content, narratives and visuals for business reviews. Drive coordination of team visibility and connectivity, as appropriate.
  • Drive the program management and operations for GTM People Strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and stakeholder accountability across global programs. Track and support change management efforts, collecting feedback to inform program optimization.
  • Tackle high-priority issues, often ambiguous or sensitive in nature, and working to find solutions and remove roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with the ES Partners in the "Office of the CRO" and across global sales to deliver on the organization's talent strategy, strategic projects and initiatives. Initiatives include Go for Growth (G4G), employee retention, labor relations planning, promotion planning, talent mobility, workforce development, change management, and other ES related initiatives.
  • Partner with and between our Centers of Excellence (COEs) and global ES partners to help coordinate seamless processes, programs and insights across the organization, with a focus on driving scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Create frameworks for global consistency, with regional nuances in mind, and partner across all stakeholders to ensure alignment for global sales ES teams. Coordinate across global ESBP team to ensure alignment on CRO driven communications, initiatives and expectations.
  • Support the creation of tools, templates and resources as needed for consistent service delivery at scale
  • Participate in other GTM people programs such as AE in-line promotion frameworks/processes, disruption, and compensation planning.

Requirements and Key Skills:

  • Experience working closely with ESBPs, Data Analytics and Talent Development to support programs and initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and proactive
  • Comfort with ambiguity and proven agent for change
  • proven track record of building strong relationships cross-functionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a strong and succinct communicator
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities, including handling highly sensitive data
  • Ability to ramp up quickly, recognize Salesforce's unique culture and proactively help identify issues/areas of development.
  • Ability to collect, assimilate, analyze, and present data. Must have strong knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets and Slides) or other spreadsheet and presentations software; Workday, Tableau, and Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to take trends and data, boiling them down to presentable themes and connecting the dots; storytelling
  • Ability to partner with COEs to design, build, and implement programs and processes to support business needs

Requirements - Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Analytics experience

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.
