Overview
The Admissions Coordinator serves as the campus subject matter expert for admissions administrative processes and ensures accurate, consistent data management through staff training and support. This role also manages documentation collection and supports admissions operations from inquiry through enrollment.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor's Degree and Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of database management and data entry (required)
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills (required)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in CAMPUS VUE, Broadleaf and CRM (preferred)
- Possesses exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Applies knowledge and skills to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Identifies straightforward problems and recommends potential solutions
- Communicates clearly and effectively with peers and stakeholders
- Demonstrates active listening and empathy in interactions
- Participates in presentations or facilitates small group discussions
- Manages multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Uses productivity software and collaboration tools with confidence
- Shows initiative and accountability for assigned outcomes

- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.

Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.
