Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking an experienced OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst - Subject Matter Expert to support advanced intelligence operations, with a focus on open-source intelligence (OSINT) and publicly available information (PAI) exploitation. This role directly enables special operations, kinetic and non-kinetic targeting, HUMINT development, and other mission-critical intelligence support activities. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the digital information environment and operational experience supporting SOF or similar elite mission sets.

Responsibilities



  • Lead OSINT/PAI analysis and exploitation in support of special operations, HUMINT targeting, and multi-domain operations.
  • Apply advanced research methodologies to access and analyze data across the surface, deep, and dark web; commercial data platforms; and social media ecosystems.
  • Conduct digital footprint analysis and apply digital signature reduction (DSR) techniques to safeguard operational security and support targeting operations.
  • Leverage all-source and OSINT-specific tools, repositories, and databases to produce high-impact, actionable intelligence products.
  • Author and present finished intelligence assessments and briefings tailored to O-5/GS-14 level stakeholders and above.
  • Support and mentor junior analysts in OSINT methodology, analytic tradecraft, and operational application.
  • Ensure compliance with current OSINT/PAI regulations, legal authorities, and policy guidance in all activities.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience.)
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
  • Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
  • Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
  • Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
  • Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.


Clearance Requirements

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $123,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
