Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst - SME with deep expertise in supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) and national-level intelligence agencies. This expert-level role requires a strong background in finished intelligence production, extensive briefing experience, and a mastery of all-source analytical tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate has served in key analytical roles within USSOCOM or agencies such as NSA, DIA, or CIA, and understands the unique intelligence needs of special operations missions.

Responsibilities



  • Conduct advanced-level all-source analysis to support SOF operations and national security objectives.
  • Deliver in-depth finished intelligence products including white papers, targeting packages, and serialized reports to inform strategic and operational planning.
  • Brief senior leadership at the O-6 / GS-15 level and higher, conveying complex intelligence findings with clarity and precision.
  • Lead or contribute to specialized analytic teams supporting USSOCOM and interagency partners.
  • Integrate multi-intelligence sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.) to deliver a comprehensive intelligence picture.
  • Apply cutting-edge analytical techniques, trends, and processes to provide actionable insights and anticipate threats.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all-source tools, databases, and intelligence systems in current operational use.


Required Skills and Experience



  • 8 or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
  • At three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
  • Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current allsource analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
  • 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.


Clearance Requirements

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Work Location: Washington, DC (On-site)

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $140,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
