Summary:
The Housing Assistant position supports and assists in the management of the company's work force housing. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance and repair, janitorial services. The Housing Coordinator reports tenant complaints and service requests and must be familiar with the terms of tenant agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenants' requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner and generate work orders directed to vendors or maintenance staff. Direct concerns to the HR Manager for final resolution and coordination.
- Help maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; documenting rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing small repairs;
- Conduct periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with agreements and the proper upkeep of the property.
- Assist with administering housing agreement.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood: Required
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
- Experience in housing maintenance
- Bilingual
