Title: Certified Lifeguard (Bilingual) Duration: (6+ months) with possible extension Location: San Bernardino, CA 92415 Shift: 7am to 7pm Pay rate: $19.96/hr on w2 Without benefits. Role & Responsibilities: Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and injuries. Enforce facility rules and regulations to promote safe swimming behavior. Conduct routine safety checks of the pool or beach area and equipment. Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as needed. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including accidents or medical incidents. Maintain clear visibility of all swimmers and patrons at all times. Communicate with patrons about safety policies and answer any questions. Complete and submit incident reports following emergencies or rule violations. Participate in regular training and certification renewal courses to maintain skills and knowledge. Required Certifications: Lifeguarding Certification is required.
