Key Skills & Expertise:
* Proficiency in Windows 10 & 11, along with support for Microsoft Office applications including remote desktop functionality. * Experience with Skype and Teams support. * Active Directory management, including password resets and account unlocks, without responsibilities for account provisioning or creation. * Support for remote users, including VPN troubleshooting and assistance. * Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket management. Job Overview: This role involves providing Help Desk support, handling phone and remote support, and managing incoming tickets via email for our client. Responsibilities include: * Answering and resolving user inquiries. * Monitoring and managing assigned tickets in the queue. * Undergoing initial training to learn company-specific applications and processes. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
