What this job involves - This is a unique and confidential opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive early-career professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Client's workplaces. As a dedicated Program Manager, you will be integral to the success of dual global Agile Program initiatives across key US sites. The role will be responsible for supporting programs that optimize the Clients workplace strategies, facilitate efficient space utilization, foster agility, and ensure seamless transitions during critical projects.

A key aspect of this role will be the ability to navigate a confidential environment, independently driving outcomes while proactively seeking guidance and coaching from your JLL manager while maintaining sensitive information. This position is 100% aligned to a specific client business with a significant benefit by spending time directly with the business to deeply understand their context and operational dynamics. Its focus will be on coordinating internal Client and facilities teams, aligning dates, information and processes for the client and facilities teams, with no localized supplier partner engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic planning for a large-scale relocation projected to begin Q1 2026. Partnering with the Sr. Program Manager on critical decision mapping and deliverable adherence.

  • Develop and help implement information tracking to manage impacts and transitions for Agile teams affected by any client refresh, restacks and future moves.

  • Assist in optimizing Agile program resources, processes, and training materials.

  • Analyze and interpret data related to space utilization, project timelines, and program effectiveness to identify patterns, trends, and extract meaningful insights.

  • Ability to present translated complex data from spreadsheets and dashboards into clear, concise, and compelling visuals for executive audiences to help in decision making.

  • Effectively communicate with and manage relationships with diverse internal stakeholders across various facilities teams.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and ensure accountability across contributing internal groups.

  • Proactively identify potential challenges and contribute to solutions in a confidential and discreet manner.

  • Immerse yourself in the business to understand their specific needs and workplace dynamics.

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Proven ability to interpret data, identify patterns/trends, and extract meaningful insights to inform decision-making.

  • Data Visualization: Skill in translating data from spreadsheets/dashboards into clear and impactful visuals suitable for an executive audience.

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to work effectively and build relationships with diverse teams within a complex organization like REWS.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.

  • Planning and Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and hold various groups accountable to deliverables.

  • Self-Starter & Navigating Ambiguity: A proactive and independent worker who can take initiative, identify needs, and navigate how to obtain coaching and support from their JLL manager to achieve outcomes, all while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Discretion and Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management preferred

  • Strong proficiency with computer applications including Google Suite

  • Strong organization with proven leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to perform duties under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, high volume environment

  • Detail oriented and thorough

  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Estimated total compensation for this position:

94,300.00 - 124,100.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
