At Global Payments, we power commerce by helping millions of businesses thrive. As a FI Relationship Manager, you'll connect with small to mid-sized business owners, uncover their needs, and deliver tailored payment solutions that drive growth while supporting our bank partners.

Job Duties

Responsible for prospecting and running appointments and as an FI-RM you will engage in partner activity by visiting assigned financial institutions (FI) branch locations to maintain and build trusted partnerships. Your role involves fostering strong relationships, ensuring alignment with branch goals, and serving as a key resource to drive collaboration and success.

*Prospect, network, and build referral partnerships with built in local bank brands
*Run engaging presentations in-person and virtually
*Close deals in a fast-paced, short-cycle sales process
*Upsell and expand relationships with existing clients

Compensation

Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+

• Base Salary: $40,000+
• Residual Income: Keep earning from your hard work
• Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses: Extra financial incentives for exceeding quota and achieving sales goals.

Additional Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in our CRM system; currently Atlas.
• Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota.
• Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
• Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• This position requires regular driving to visit client sites, therefore a valid drivers license is necessary
• In accordance with state law, a background check will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment
• Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
• Live in area relative to job posting location
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
