Salesforce is seeking a strategic and highly organized Manager, Marketing Cloud GTM Programs to support the growth and impact of our Marketing Cloud product portfolio. This hybrid role spans program management, event coordination, and business operations, and requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and cross-functional collaboration on a global scale. Reporting to the COO of Marketing Cloud, this role will lead the planning and execution of global go-to-market (GTM) engagement programs, streamline key operational processes, and support high-visibility initiatives across the organization. You'll partner closely with Product and Sales leadership, PMM, and operations teams to deliver GTM programs that drive alignment, engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with confidence, and builds strong relationships to keep cross-functional efforts moving forward.
