The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) is a top-ranked nonprofit global provider of leadership development solutions with a mission to advance the understanding, practice, and development of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide. The Societal Impact division of CCL focuses on leadership development in four vertical areas of practice: K12 education, Higher Education, Nonprofit, and Population Health. The Development team works collaboratively with the different vertical directors, faculty, operations, and the CCL enterprise to provide high-quality, high-impact leadership solutions to our clients. Essential Job Duties Project Management and Facilitation (50%)
- Serve as Project Manager/Scrum Master for agile digital projects.
- Lead project planning, requirements analysis, development, testing, and implementation.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Represent project statuses and outcomes to senior stakeholders using PPM tools.
- Manage teams including developers, QA, and business analysts to maintain a healthy backlog and high-quality output.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore resources for optimal project execution.
Stakeholder Management and Support (30%)
- Act as the key liaison between business units and IT.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to produce user-friendly, adoptable solutions.
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to meet delivery timelines.
- Own and resolve Tier 3 support issues; translate issues into backlog improvements.
Technical Solutions Management (20%)
- Provide technical ownership for digital systems and products.
- Ensure adherence to technical and architectural standards through partnership with architects and lead developers.
- Identify and resolve challenges related to architecture, infrastructure, or data needs.
- Stay current on Azure and other cloud technologies to inform product decisions.
Qualifications Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree in a related discipline.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing web or mobile application projects.
- Strong experience with agile methodologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong project management and Scrum/Agile facilitation skills.
- Deep understanding of application architecture and cloud-based systems.
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled at solving complex problems in evolving business contexts.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Physical Demands: Primarily sitting; frequent communication (talking/hearing); occasional hand motion.
- Work Environment: Office environment with standard temperature control.
Pay and Benefits
- The hiring range for this role starts at $110,000 - $135,000. Offer will be commensurate with relevant qualifications and professional experience.
- This role requires candidates to reside within commuting distance of one of our Greensboro, NC campus and adhere to a hybrid work schedule, spending at least 2 days onsite weekly. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. Sponsorships are not provided.
