Account Executive

Lamplight Farms Inc, a division of W.C. Bradly Co, is home to the TIKI Brand, a leader in outdoor products.

As the Senior National Account Manager for Walmart and the Dollar channel, you will be responsible for managing sales and maximizing profits for our innovative line of products.

Reporting directly to the VP, Sales this position will ideally be based in the Bentonville, Ak or Milwaukee WI, area.

• Manage the sales strategy for Walmart, Dollar General and Family Dollar and other assigned national retailers and distribution channel(s); ensure strategy meets or exceeds profitable growth expectations.
• Establish and manage strong business relationships with key decision-makers of assigned accounts; maintain proactive communication with the accounts management.
• Prepare national strategic plans, evaluate sales performance, and take appropriate corrective action as necessary to maintain profitability expectations.
• Maintain a current knowledge and understanding of the consumer market; dedicate time to understand the consumer within the national retailers/channels target audience; provide market feedback to ensure product development, merchandising, and pricing meets consumer/market needs.
• Actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings; provide input and discussion regarding future product demand, production scheduling, and finished goods inventory relative to channel needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related Field of Study
• Eight (8) years of progressive sales / account management experience within the consumer products industry.
• Must have experience working with key retailers including Walmart.
• Knowledge of channel / distributor sales techniques and best practices.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to meet sales objectives.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize and manage competing demands.
• Ability to command presence and demonstrate confidence in meetings and group settings.
• Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.

The work location for this position is flexible and eligible for Hybrid Work from Home arrangements. Lamplight Farms is headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, northwest of Milwaukee.
