We are seeking a Manufacturing / Service Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and tracking of devices used in testing and engineering environments. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure the reliability and functionality of critical systems used during product development.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on engineering and test devices.
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools, impact wrenches, winches/lifts, and diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
  • Handle hardware that may require occasional heavy lifting or mechanical manipulation.
  • Follow both draft and finalized procedures to complete tasks safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate hardware traceability by tracking equipment and components.
  • Document all service events clearly and thoroughly, including part replacements, repairs, and software updates.
  • Use software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio for documentation, reporting, and workflow management.
Qualifications:
  • Technical certification or equivalent hands-on experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or service roles.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with a variety of tools and mechanical systems.
  • Experience interpreting and working from technical documentation, schematics, and procedural guides.
  • Familiarity with tracking systems and documentation practices for traceability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, technical environment.
