A leading, fast-paced food and beverage manufacturer known for innovation and premium product delivery is looking for a driven Production Supervisor to lead their 2nd shift team in the Lowell, MA, area. Hours & Pay

Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Salary: Up to $80,000 annually

Bonus: Eligible for a 10% annual bonus based on performance goals

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Your Key Responsibilities



  • Provide hands-on supervision to production employees on the 2nd shift
  • Use process knowledge to set and exceed performance benchmarks in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost control
  • Monitor and optimize line utilization, minimize downtime, and manage waste reduction
  • Track key performance indicators and proactively address trends impacting goals
  • Drive team development through effective hiring, training, coaching, and communication
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, FDA regulations, and GMP standards
  • Perform food safety and quality checks throughout the shift
  • Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Handle other tasks as assigned in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What You Bring to the Role



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-speed manufacturing; food and beverage industry experience is a plus
  • Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving production setting
  • Flexible schedule availability and strong attention to regulatory compliance
