Position Summary As Product Owner-HR Core, you will help guide the U.S. and Canada Markets in improving processes, products, and services through data analysis or product portfolio. You will straddle the line between IT and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency with the Business Technology Platform and Employee Life Cycle. By engaging with business leaders, users, and IT, you will help teams understand how data-driven changes to processes and/or technology can improve efficiency and add value, balancing the needs of the business against what's technologically feasible and financially reasonable. As the point-of-contact in the U.S. and Canada Markets, you will assist teams with processes, on-going system configuration, process administration and reporting, system upgrades, and continuous process improvement. You will consult with process owners and IT to establish projects to implement new or enhanced processes. This role requires a blend of HR knowledge, product management skills, and a strong understanding of technology to ensure that HR products meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

The approximate pay range for this position is $144,000- $186,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
