We've got an exciting Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity in Lake Elsinore, CA, where you'll be more than just a number cruncher - you'll play a key role in keeping a fast-moving, family-owned manufacturing company running smoothly. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour (Depending on experience)

Essential Tasks:



  • Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders
  • Assist with account reconciliations and support payment processing
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and updates
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department
  • Occasionally lift and move items up to 20lbs

What We're Looking For:



  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting role
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with IQMS software is a plus
