Corewell Health Heart and Vascular service line is expanding! This Practice Manager will work in collaboration with the Director, Medical Group Operations to build the practice. The practice will support a patient population undergoing care for cardiology including testing. In time, we anticipate growth to cover heart and vascular. The team will include Physicians and an APP, supported by an RN, Medical Assistants, Business Office Assistants, and technicians working together to build this new clinic located on the Trenton Hospital campus. Our ideal candidate will have a clinical background in heart and vascular along with the business acumen to drive the successful operation for this office. This is an on-site position, Monday - Friday. Job Summary Supervises and trains office support staff to ensure optimal patient process flow and serves as a liaison between physicians and clinical staff in daily operations. Responsible for charge processing, A/R follow up, cash processing, patient flow, maintenance of scheduling system and patient medical records. Develops and implements policies, process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives. Essential Functions
