Compensation: $40-50/hour

DOE Duration: 6-week engagement (immediate start)

About This Opportunity

Join Natus Sensory, Inc. as a Temporary Project Attorney for an exciting 6-week project focused on corporate governance modernization and legal operations enhancement. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid or fully remote work while providing hands-on experience with global corporate entity management and commercial contract optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Global Corporate Entity Management

* Manage 10+ international subsidiaries including director/officer appointments and documentation coordination

* Coordinate with international counsel for document execution, notarization, and apostille requirements across multiple jurisdictions

* Maintain and organize corporate records including articles, bylaws, and board resolutions

* Track compliance deadlines for annual filings across jurisdictions

* Draft board and shareholder meeting Minutes and Consents

Legal Operations & Knowledge Management

* Build comprehensive SharePoint legal portal with focus on D&O information accessibility

* Develop user-friendly FAQ resources for business stakeholders

* Standardize legal templates to improve efficiency and consistency

* Create customer service playbook incorporating best practices

* Summarize fed/state government contract requirements and documentation

Commercial Contract Review

* Review and optimize commercial agreements including MSAs, distributor/reseller agreements, licensing, and PO terms

* Enhance contract templates for distributor, reseller, private label, Sales T&C, and confidentiality agreements

* Consolidate warranty terms for goods and services

Required Qualifications

* JD or LLM degree

* Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

* Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

* Understanding of corporate governance principles

Preferred Qualifications

* Corporate legal department experience

* SharePoint/Teams proficiency

* Healthcare regulatory experience
