JOB SUMMARY: Designs new business solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity for clients. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and assisting Senior Analysts and Managers in engaging with external stakeholders to evaluate business needs, identify operational constraints, develop models, analyze data flows, discuss findings, and create effective solutions. The role also supports Analysts and Managers in shaping business strategies and executing solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze system and performance data, especially data related to the Ventra Mobile Application, SQL skills preferred.

  • Assist with the capture of business needs and requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

  • Critically evaluate information gathered to reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding of true needs.

  • Assist with the development of internal and external requirements specifications according to standard templates using natural language.

  • Engage in multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Liaise between customer community (internal) and the developers throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Present designs to management and internal customers and, once approved, work closely with the engineering teams to implement the solution.

  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish a technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance.

  • Produce feasibility reports based on compiled research, advice of subject matter experts and expert judgment.

  • Assist with the identification of solution options and assess them for both technical and business suitability.

  • Create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.

  • Keep up to date with technical as well as industry sector developments.

  • Design, build, maintain and report on Key Performance Indicators,

  • Execute testing in Staging environment including Day-in-the-Life (DITL) testing to validate accurate and timely transaction flow through the systems.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree without prior experience, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proficiency in evaluating technical problems and adopting flexible, creative solutions.

  • Familiarity with collaborating across different departments and communicating solutions effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills to navigate complex operational scenarios.

  • Demonstrated ability to work semi-independently and deliver results at critical project stages.

Cubic Pay Range:

$68,000.00 - $93,500.00 + benefits.

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
