Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform detailed inspections, checks, and tests at various stages of the production process
• Monitor SSOPs, GMPs, and HACCP compliance to maintain safety and quality standards
• Accurately record inspection results and observations
• Provide suggestions for process improvements based on quality findings
• Perform additional duties as outlined in internal SOPs or assigned by supervisors

What You Bring to the Table

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (6 months minimum required)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts and in environments with temperature extremes, vibrations, fumes, and moderate noise
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
