Equipment Operator

We're currently seeking a safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate heavy machinery and contribute to a safe, efficient, and environmentally sound work environment.

Kay Responsibilities:

• Operating heavy equipment such as: bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, scrapers, and compactors.
• Performing routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determinesafe and environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.

Pay: Starting at $31.40/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

What we need from you:

• 2+ years' experience running heavy equipment
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
