Description * With the massive expansion of telecommunication networks, and overall capacity initiatives, our client is busier than ever. In order to keep up with the immense demand, they need to have a very solid logistics process for material procurement. So TEKsystems is looking for a Specialist to support their warehouse. * They will be in charge of keeping inventory, coordinating with project managers for shipping, coordination with vendors for receiving, and ultimately owning the duties in the warehouse. * They have promoted a few current resources into senior logistical openings or transitioned them into field to grow their careers which has led to additional openings in the warehouse. * They have a current specialist who this resource will be partnering with to improve the quantity of jobs they are supporting on a weekly basis. * While this role has some traditional warehouse duties, it is unique compared to most warehouse opportunities as the specialist needs to learn/ familiarize themselves with the material the guys actually use per job. * Not every job is going to be the same (Almost all have small differences), so in order to be efficient they need to learn the different parts and be audible ready to partner with Techs/ PM's to adjust BOM to meet client expectations. * Ultimately they need to learn the equipment and be able to pull what is needed in an organized fashion. Skills inventory management, inventory tracking, data entry Additional Skills & Qualifications Great communication, Reliability, and attention to detail. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
