Vice President

Saba Capital Management, L.P. seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to design, architect, and develop .Net windows and web applications for asset management industry, including fixed income and equity financial products. Requires a Master's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience designing and implementing solutions to meet functional requirements; working with object-oriented analysis and design, C#, SQL Server, WPF, WinForms, Distributed and Service Oriented Architecture; building program plans for development and enhancements of software systems; designing and developing pricing and risk management software solutions targeted for Front and Middle Office users in the credit product space; documenting and executing test plans; utilizing .NET based development technologies and concepts including C#, WPF, Win Forms, LINQ, WCF, DI, TDD, Workflow Foundation, and OO languages; working with NoSQL databases, including MS SQL development; and utilizing Python, JavaScript, JQuery, Bloomberg API, Intext API, Markit API, Micro Services Architecture, Angular, PowerShell, NUnit, Unity, agile development and High Performance Computing. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Salary range: $230,000.00 - $240,000.00/year.
