Product Manager

Product Manager - (employer: Sirius XM Radio LLC; job location: Farmington Hills, MI) - Project manage technology products and features, providing technical system direction for teams implementing new technology products and features for our connected vehicle platform serving automotive manufacturing clients. Partner with engineering and quality teams, and support the team in ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables that ensure customer satisfaction. Take initiatives and epics, and work with team to break them down into stories. Review all specs relative to story creation. Prioritize backlog based on knowledge of business and technical project needs. Work with QA teams to define and establish pass/fail test criteria for stories/features. Accept stories within each sprint after successful demo completion and in accordance with established quality goals. Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer, Mechanical or Electrical), plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or as a product owner or systems analyst or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer, Mechanical or Electrical), plus 5 years of post-Bachelor's progressive experience in the position offered or as a product owner or systems analyst. All of the required experience must have included collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to recognize feature opportunities and define and lead content direction for OEM and connected vehicle technology products in an agile environment; developing functional objectives; defining technically complex and agile stories, epics, logical architectures, and UX/UI concepts; leading technical meetings, managing budgets, and project managing end to end delivery of product; representing the feature to product engineering/development teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure resulting product meets feature objectives; monitoring and communicating in-market feature performance, and leading resolution for production issues; creating contractual project related documentation including requirements specifications or statements of work; and working with Jira and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). #LI-DNI.
