The Advisory Service Line of Eisner Advisory Group LLC is a fast-growing organization. The Administrative Operations Manager will play an important role in building the administrative team to address the needs of our growing business.We are looking for someone with managerial experience who has a curious mind and is eager to grow and learn in this role.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Provide managerial leadership, coordination and support to administrative team members who support client service operations.
  • Establish & maintain standard operating procedures, best practices, and documentation around the processes, procedures and workflows of the administrative support function.

  • Serve as career advisor and performance manager to members of the administrative team, crafting individualized development plans for their continued upskilling and career growth.

  • Spearhead onboarding and training initiatives for new team members.

  • Build the identity, culture and contribution of the administrative team as foundational to the growth of the business.

  • Assist with coordination of meetings, scheduling, and travel arrangements.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams. Preferably in a fast-paced professional services or private equity environment.

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience - managing calendars, scheduling and project coordination for a team of executives.

  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools in particular - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint. Mastery of project management software tools a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills demonstrated by ability to remove obstacles to deliver projects on time.

  • Strong communication and performance management skills, including conflict resolution.

  • Independent and sound business judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented, results-driven.

  • Ability to maintain discretion and safeguard confidential information

  • Flexibility and adaptability to take on additional/modified responsibilities to support the ever-evolving business.

  • Cultivate and maintain solid relationships internally and externally.

  • An ambitious, self-starter, consistently taking initiative and driving projects forward.

  • Understanding of accounting firm business models and operations.

150000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
